The Junior school acts as a stepping stone not only for entry into our Senior school, but also for a smooth transition to different educational systems the world over, and not least into the finest British independent and maintained sector schools.
We follow the British National Curriculum in all subject matters but also make full use of the national and cultural heritage of Greece. Over and above the basic academic subjects, importance is attached to Art, Crafts, P.E. and Drama.
Music, singing and recorder lessons are included in the curriculum. Children are encouraged to develop an interest in an instrument of their choice and to take the R.S.M. examination.
Extra curricular trips, flourishing clubs, parties for Carnival and Halloween etc are a regular feature of Junior school life.
