Drama plays an important part in life at St. Lawrence. There are 3 or 4 school productions every year, ranging in diversity from:
  • “Aladdin” to Oscar Wilde’s “Lady Windemere’s Fan”,
  • “Jungle Book” to Shakespeare’s “Midsummer Night’s Dream”,
  • “Beauty and the Beast” to Arthur Miller’s “The Crucible”,
  • “Peter Pan” to Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice” etc.
The list is actually quite long (just over 100!) as well as impressive. Drama workshops are also held, on and off, by visiting professionals such as the British Siren’s Theatre Company, European Theatre Company etc. Those who wish are prepared for entrance to RADA and other British drama schools.
